We work with our corporate partners to connect them with a diverse talent pool and to inspire our generation of geniuses in STEM.

We rely on corporate partners for funding and also to provide our students with first-hand experience of the world of work and opportunities to see real-life industrial applications of science, engineering, technology and maths (STEM).

It’s a two-way process. With the help of Generating Genius, our corporate partners can connect with intelligent students from backgrounds that they otherwise wouldn’t, and our students receive opportunities that they never thought would be possible for them. This help companies diversify their talent pool and inspire our young people to reach their full potential.

There are many ways in which businesses can support us to plug the STEM skills shortage. From creating formal partnerships, to sharing your training sessions, if you are from a small business or large corporation, aid us in generating the STEM leaders of tomorrow.
