We are committed to ensuring that we protect the young people we work with.

Generating Genius is one of a kind programme designed for students to be challenged in STEM subjects, learn about careers in the STEM industry and build confidence and aspire to gain entry to a Russell Group University. Through this programme you will be able to improve your A level STEM subjects, gather work experiences for UCAS applications and build networks with top employers in the STEM sector.

The Uni Genius programme lasts for years 12 and 13. Applications for the Uni Genius programme are open until Wednesday 16th October 2019. Once students complete the Uni Genius programme, they graduate to join Alumni Genius.

All events are held with the student in mind. Events and workshops take place after school, Saturdays and during half terms. All work experience and internships take place during the half-terms and holidays.

The Uni Genius programme is completely free to participate in for students. Thanks to our sponsors and University partners, we are able to cover event costs and occasionally lunch and travel costs. Most events include lunch, but you will be notified if this is not the case.

All Generating Genius staff are DBS checked and have a Safeguarding Qualification (Level 1).

We operate a safeguarding policy of 1 member of staff to 10 students, which means that your children will be accompanied at all times.

Generating Genius is committed to providing students with exciting experiences designed to get them thinking about their career plans and possibilities. We provide awareness of opportunity, and the support needed to capitalise.

For businesses and universities, working with Generating Genius expose them to talented students who can build talent pipelines. Diversity leads to business growth and staff retention. We also provide employees with a way to engage and volunteers an opportunity to impact and inspire young people.
